7-Year Guarantee Home Warranty

Rapid Refurb, LLC warrants that all workmanship provided under the contract for the residential remodeling project will be free from defects for a period of seven (7) years from the date of completion.

 

Coverage
This warranty covers defects in workmanship, including:
• Proper installation of Fixtures and Fittings
• Adherence to building codes and standards

 

Repairs
If any defects in workmanship are discovered within the warranty period, Rapid Refurb LLC will repair or replace the defective work at no cost to the homeowner.

 

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations made by the homeowner or third parties
• Issues arising from natural disasters or other acts of God
• Materials and products supplied by the homeowner

 

Claim Process
To make a claim, notify Rapid Refurb LLC in writing within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect, and provide property access for inspection and repair.

 

Limitations
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Rapid Refurb LLC and does not extend to any consequential damages or losses.

 

Non-Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original homeowner as a primary residence. Transfer of ownership voids this warranty.
